Emigrant Lowering Rates To 5.05%

Effective September 30th, Emigrant Direct will be lowering rates from 5.15% to 5.05% APY. E-LOAN is still offering 5.50% APY but there's a $5000 minimum.

man...i am hoping this doesn't become a trend. Emigrant has been the leader...so if they do it...others wont be far behind.
